Villa Elegante is an exclusive, 220-square metre log villa, manufactured by Honkarakenne, which offers memorable facilities for accommodation, meetings, training events, sauna evenings and unforgettable festive events in life. The villa was built in 2007. Villa Elegante has a large living space, with long conference tables, providing great facilities for meetings with 25-30 participants. Twelve beds and an option for additional beds.
Villa Elegante welcomes all families to spend quality time here. Two large patios. The sauna patio is sheltered by a glass covering by Lumon. A large pier at the shore, a child-friendly beach with a mild slope. The villa is situated on the shore of Lake Roine, opening from west to south. It is just 20 m from the villa to the shore.

Equipment
The villa is equipped with, e.g., mechanical ventilation and floor heating in all facilities (geothermal heating), two lavatories (one for the disabled), two double bedrooms and two bedrooms for four people, including a bridal suite. A spacious sauna for 15 people with a wood-burning and an electric sauna stove, two showers, a flat-screen TV, stereo system, DVD/CD player, radio, central vacuum cleaner. An elegant, fully equipped kitchen with dish sets for 30 people.
Own pier, rowboat and beach. Use of our private fishing areas. At the shore of the villa, a gazebo with a grill, where an open flame can be made.
Wired and wireless Internet connection. Screen and wide-screen television projector for meeting customers.
We only rent out Villa Elegante with bedding and final clean-up services; these will be added to the rental charge.
Villa Elegante is also suitable for people with allergies. The villa provides equipment for people with disabilities, so it is also suitable for people with physical disabilities.
No pets are allowed inside the villa or in the vicinity.
Smoking indoors is prohibited.
